Aurora Health Returns Policy

Important information:

Return Policy on Delivery Day: Our returns policy is based on the delivery date to ensure fairness and transparency. If an item is still in transit during the 30-day return period, we will take this into account and allow returns. Please note: the return period begins on the day the item is delivered to your specified address. Returns are only possible if the product is sealed and unused.

Under what circumstances do we offer a return:

  1. To cancel an order: Please contact our customer service team before your order ships to cancel it. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  2. Damaged on arrival:Please check your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with a description and photos. We will arrange a return, replacement, or refund.

  3. Manufacturing defect or broken after use (warranty):For manufacturing defects or issues within the warranty period, please contact customer service. We will guide you through the warranty claim process for repair, replacement, or refund.

  4. Changed my mind:Please return the item within 30 days of delivery in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags and packaging. Contact customer service to initiate the return process.

  5. For an exchange:Please follow the returns process as described in section 4. Once accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the desired item.

  6. Received wrong product:If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange a return and ship the correct product at no extra cost once we receive the returned item.

To start a return:

  1. Contact us:Send an email to help@aurora-health.nl with your order number and the reason for return.

  2. Return Authorization:Our team will review your request and issue a return authorization, along with a return label if applicable.

  3. Packaging and Shipping:Make sure the item is in its original condition, follow the provided instructions for packaging and shipping to the return address.

  4. Required documents:Please include a copy of the return authorization and, if necessary, photos to support claims.

Refunds:Once we receive and inspect your return, you'll be notified of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
